As I sit here and watch, Someone bought a few thousand shares and the bid/ask went to 14/14. Then someone bought 15,000 shares and the bid/ask was still 14/14. The next move was a sale of 10,000 shares, then they dropped the bid/ask to 13/14. .....OK,,,,Why didn't the bid ask go up?
