>>>Tell me a nice story please...<<< what the hell Bucky i'll take a stab at it...this story starts out based on the premis that Stoppleman has wanted to have control of Sexi since he lost out on buying ICMX to Huttoe. well Stoppelman consults with his long standing client RH Meyerson and a plan is laid that just happened to be aided by the greed and incompatence of Charles Huttoe. now someone is buying Sexi, could it be Stoppelman or associated holding companies securing a controling position? will the SEC recind about 39 million shares and leave Stoppleman the option to raise capitol with a 10 million private placement, if needed, you know there isn't suppose to be any debt. so even if there are no revenues cash could be raised to capaltize operations for short term. Why did Stoppleman want ICMX to begin with? end of story...(it's a mystery). jd2
