Paul, i merely am taking advantage of the one year 144 rule, for those with 144 , you know what a pain the legal red tape is. This is an application to sell, it does not mean i am selling, but if i do, my intentions were to rebuy on the open market, eliminating the 144.
Also 144's within the one year rule are tradable after one year(this is why i could not sell) and can be traded by 90 days from application.
Also,with out penalty, i can reapply after 90 days for another 90 days.
