I bet u all these upgrades are coming before the good news from CPQ, these analyts are probably told that everything is OK and that CPQ is doing fine and DEC merger will be great for CPQ, all this stuff is said before closed doors. This will make tha ANALyts look good in the future(I TOLD YOU SO):)
