Dear Mike Zarour AKA Zemen AKA the Fool:

Does anyone wonder how criminal/thief/embezzler Ricearoni could afford to buy not one but two Manhattan coops. One is located at 467 Central Park West, Apt 4A (which he rents) and the second is located in a fancy highrise 2373 Broadway apt 1721.

Ricearoni left penniless from Israel (except the money he stole) and earned only $56K in '96 and $76K in '97. How could he afford all this property?

Perhaps he was not penniless after all.

This short squeeze thing is painful.

Mr. Pink
