While were on the subject, is it just me, or are most of the other companies bidding on this project missing 'the point'? Congress mandated this project to find a 'non-thermal' alternative to the baseline incineration. The reason the mandate came into being was that incineration was seen as less and less publicly acceptable. Most of the bidders in this process, whilst providing some clever means of treating the shell/missile contents are still proposing to 'thermally treat' read INCINERATE the actual metal casings left over. Commodores process is SET end to end. What do you think?
