Jan, Thanks for the read on Newpark Pesources. Yes, it technically is in the waste mgt. business, but more specifically, NR provides integrated environmental and oil and gas field services in the Gulf Coast area, principally in Louisiana and Texas. Yahoo categorizes it as an oil service co in the energy industry. For P&F purposes, it seems more appropriately classified as an oil servicer rather than a wast mgr. What do you think? Doug
