They preannounced on earnings- don't expect great report.

However, the JunQ could be big. Last year they had a huge sale to TI of calculators (back to school?). It will be interesting to see if the same pattern repeats this year.

Yes, I still have a big position in Nam Tai. But I have almost $2 invested in Deswell (DSWLF) for every $1 in NTAIF. I find the management and ownership more shareholder friendly there. But even though I don't trust Koo at all, there is a compelling investment case for NTAIF. In my case, holding a basket of these stocks makes a lot of sense. I intend to hold these stocks for a long time to come, and let the long term growth surface. As the stocks revenues grow and the customer base diversifies, the risks will decline. Also as the market caps grow, these stocks will attract more attention. Finally, Koo has reduced his holdings, and his ability to damage the share price with his inside trades, has been diminished somewhat.
