Whoooohooooo! I finally got through. If you read these things, Gary and Alyssa, it was my pleasure. Thanks for the info.

Here is what I got:

57 million shares outstanding. Includes the 13 million pending, so it may in fact be reduced, but the loss of those businesses will also cost in the revenue department. Recall the projected $100 million in the November release. That is on hold because the acquisitions are on hold. Nevertheless the original info from Brad and CherylOD of $32 million yada yada yada is the real deal.

$2 million in debt to be covered by member of management-not public offering. No need for additional financing at this time.

No talk of reverse split.

Expecting last quarter numbers and last year together sometime in June.

News is coming. I did not press Gary for this info as I understand how the process works. he was out of the country last week and so I expect some news

Gary(who is 50 years old-sorry Gary, but age helps credibility a little) has been CEO for about 6 months so his tenure should be looked at without regard for previous management's decisions. He has not even been there a full year.

Wolfkey is not owned by GLOW right now. They are part of the 13 million shares issue.

Pleasant fellow. Did not hype anything. Just answered my questions.

Miller

One last thing. FY 1998 ended March 1998. FY 1999 ends March 1999, so the numbers put up by Brad and Cheryl need to bear this info in mind.
