Thanks for the article reference. I stuck it out this time and got it loaded into my computer which took forever. Anyway I found your observations very interesting regarding the supply and demand of platinum. This confirms a lot of what I have read in other publications - the big question is timing. Is it one, two, five years before the big break. I have followed Stillwater for over a year and when I started, the projection was 12-18 months away. Obviously that time is now and platinum is the lowest it has been in quite some time. Oh well, patience is required.

Your reference to the Mercedes fuel cell car caught my eye. I own Ballard Power Systems (BLDPF on NASDAQ for us in the US) which supplies their fuel cells. I have followed the development of alternative autos for years and believe that Ballard truly has the answer. Check out their SI thread.

Finally, do you have any opinion regarding Royal Oak Mines (RYO)?
