Jhild, if being attacked one should throw out everything available to cause the attacker to deal with it...hurdles so to speak...msft...is just placing hurdles for the DOJ to waste time and effort on. You have arrived at your conclusion...however the idea of taking MSFT apart deals with messing with the overall U.S. economy...a bigger issue overlooked by the quick thinkers. Many dominos in the row...hard to knock only one down.
