All, It seems to me that IMMD must have some concerns about the claims in this suit. If they were totally confident of the outcome they would let this case go to trial. I believe that IMMD will be paying to keep this case from going to trial, the big question is how much. Of course this is just speculation while we await the outcome, and I would appreciate hearing any contrary opinions. regards pt P.S. I have read both suits.
