Hi W.F.
A company called Gage produces the majority of the worlds stripping products. They produce stripping solution with both CH2CL2 and formic acid. there does exist a number of small environmental produces of strippers but the cost-benefit and speed at which these product work aren't competitive with NIR's sv-35.

I talked with a chemist friend of mine in Detroit, MI. He informed me that formic acid has the same caustic properties as the CH2CL2. He won't be surprised if this chemical comes under EPA regulations. Peel-away contains Formic acid.

Currently, the US NAVY, Delta Air, US AIR and TWA work with NIR's product. The Airlines can't say enough about the efficient job the products do on repaint jobs. I'm only ten miles from the US Atlantic NAVY command where my Navy contacts expressed "GOD SENT" praise for the product. The NAVY's objective maintains lower cost due to smaller and smaller defense budgets. If a commander can minimize cost and improve productivity, he/she will most likely move up in rank. So, Napiers product cuts NAVY cost and diminished Environmental exposure which all military division need to abide under US EPA LAWS.
I'm a son of a retaired-Gov't employee in the military who understands the workings of military contracts. My experience with government procurement leads me to conclude that Napier will receive a BIG contract. Lets face it, Clinton in his "State of the Union" Message wants products like Napier's to be utilized in all public and private corporate operations.

Last month the company delivered 100 barrels of product at a price of $960.00 US per 55 gallon Drum-Plastic Drums. The company operates an 8 Hr. shift which can produce 600 drums per month. The capacity will be 1800 drums during three shifts. The company will most likely expand production this month because of the spike in world wide demand for product. Again, the PP for 4.5 million will give then plenty of room for growth.

The price per share will continue to rise. A lot of Detroit auto money continues to flow into the stock. I understand that a major 401K manager for the auto industry continues to place money into NIR. Apparently, the auto industry needs NIR's products to compensate for a number of different applications which are under the scrutiny of the EPA. Also, A reliable source informed me that we probable see more GREAT news from ICI in the next couple of weeks.

I see nothing but BLUE SKY.....

Rich :)
