Man, do I have to explain every little thing? I guess for this crowd, the answer is yes. The term "lines" for purposes of Teleport and WinStar is not the same thing as the extension that connects each employee. Ever heard of a PBX? A PBX is a switch that provides different extensions to employees, but all the employees are connected to the same "line." Therefore, a company with 200 employees will generate a helluva lot more traffic and revenue per "line" than a company with 30 employees. Teleport's average line serves about 200 employees whereas WinStar's average line serves between 20 and 40 employees.
