All... I just got mail from Tom Myers at NIRVANA. He said that they are now shipping 3.5 to all people who recently upgraded to that version and have paid for it. Those of us who are entitled to a FREE upgrade will have ours shipped by the end of this week or first of next. FWIW....Ken
