A well-timed "Buy"--Lehman was the lead underwriter. Undoubtedly, they couldn't put out a buy before the secondary, but still--smells like they are trying to prop the stock so that they or their customers can unload some.

But perhaps I am being too cynical here. There is certainly a lot of potential demand for the right battery.
