Ok, I was not going to post here, but Macker this I need to ask about: <<2. full nasdaq immediate listing announced>> Really, and does the SEC know of it? I mean has DGIV filed any share registration forms or 10K's, BOTH of which are necessary before being listed on any xchange? If they have not even been filed, Much Less accepted, then how do you possibly imagine a listing to occur in the next few months, at the earliest? I hope by asking for a further clarification on this topic, does not mean that I have made an off-topic post, but if so please let me know and I will ask it on the Good Prospects thread or the information thread.
