GIFT's lawyer has worked with a well known patent litigator. However, I could not find any published cases for which he was the lead attorney and argued a case to a judge or jury. He is named as the lead attorney for a few motion hearings. He has not argued a markman hearing, nor filed markman briefs, that I could find prior to this case. However, in fairness, Markman hearings are relatively new. Better than looking at past cases, he has written briefs in this case. I suggest you read them, and see if you find them persuasive. If so, very good, if not, be cautious. The briefs were discussed in April-Sept on this thread. GRC
