A deal with Ingram Micro is certainly possible since Ingram has apparently been demonstrating some of the strongest interest in the WaveMeter, but when, I don't know. I hope it's not tomorrow because I would still like to accumulate more shares at these low "option level" prices.

It is true that Ingram, a $16 billion company, is also big in the software distribution business (unlike IBM and most other OEMs) and would have a natural interest in Wave for sharing in content distribution revenue. Furthermore it is interesting to note that Ingram could potentially lose revenue with direct distribution from content providers if they did not get involved with Wave, assuming the successful growth of our company.

A deal with Ingram could also be the catalyst to get official endorsements from the OEMs for which it assembles PCs, two of which are IBM and Compaq.

Finally, it is possible that a strong push from Ingram could warm up the likes of Microsoft (for whom Ingram surely distributes content) to take advantage of this revolutionary and efficient method of distribution. My understanding is that Microsoft has been taking a "wait and see" approach but, in actuality, they could benefit as much as any other content provider - probably more because they would likely cut a better deal.
