Yes, Terry, the public announcement setting the table for the ESVS/Zulu merger is good news.
I'm just so disappointed that whenever there is good news regarding NETZ, there's always someone or something to rain on the parade, whether it be Wired, SD, Jon Tara (the self-styled "messenger,") or Other Chap and his buddy Illuminous.
I feel Tara intentionally planted the term "investigation" into people's thinking. Look at Matty's reaction, for crying out loud: Something good happened, and he spent his time thinking something bad had happened, precisely due to Tara's earlier posting.
Jon Tara, in my view, you owe the people here an apology.
And when all is said and done, you will owe the ESVS/Zulu consortium a very big apology.
You--of all people--should know you don't plant words like that into people's thinking, without having any basis or substance.
The only "investigation" that will take place here is when public television decides to do an piece on the advent of movie-quality internet advertising and commerce, and how it will impact television, radio and print media sales alike. |
