Maybe it's just a matter of perspective.

Here's some food for thought:

While there are several $100 mm companies, none of them have anything I'd call integrated CIS, simply a collection of individual modules, and SEBL, CLFY, VNTV are just now moving in that direction. Witness that Gartner Group doesn't show anyone as being "TERM" compliant today. (Technology Enabled Relationship Management)

Beside, I've seen estimates that the projects (to build or rebuild a comprehensive CIS system) range from $5-40 million per project (Gartner Group, Yankee) so $100 mm isn't that much of a head start. Granted, a lot of that $$ goes to system integration and infrastructure, but s/w will drive that sale, and clearly will be in the multi-millions.
