Riley, I found out that RMCW has until May 29th to come up with the $117K. RMCW states the investor will be able to live up to his contractual obligation before then and come thru with the $10MM. So, according to RMCW, it will be resolved satisfactorly for RMIL shareholders. Lets hope so ! Pugs
