mr. riley, i've never used the word "manipulation" in my three previous posts to you, nor am i going to now--that doesn't do anybody any good. and i wasn't looking for "a bone," either. no, what i asked you for in messages #1494 and #1531 was an explanation on how you and ktel could be talking about "3500 top 100 hits" when the albums these hits are on, can't be purchased on their website; and, an explanation on how ktel could be talking about the recordings they own--and selling them on their website--without clearly identifying them as re-recordings (and, as such, recordings of far lesser value to the consumer).
since you started this, i think you owe both thomas b. (see post #1510) and myself--and anybody else who cares--an explanation.
