To all...I am hearing that Kiewit is constructing LVLT's network throughout the country. They will be working around the clock 7 days/week. Can anyone confirm this schedule. Looks like Level 3 is wasting no time and Kiewit is more than capable of performing huge jobs that meet or beat the required schedules.
