I do not know who you are BUT my sources here in Silicon Valley have no information and/or interest in Novell! You can bet I made several phone calls but everybody is quiet. That is why I think it is somebody foreign. However, I am not a speculator but an investor. Novell has a lot of valuable assets but lacks vision and leadership. If Orcl, LU, AT&T, BTY, SUNW or even HWP or IBM want to do a stock swap, let's look at the deal. For now it is only rumor. Perhaps the Q4 earnings leaked out..... I do know that during the last hour of trading, I saw over 2 million shares in 100K increments trade at $11 1/2 (all up ticks). It did not go through as a block trade because it would have been reported as such. It looks like they wanted to keep it under the bolck trade reporting threshold. Who ever is accumulating the stock was willing to buy at the 'ask'. By the way , who are you and as the "techguru" , I thought you guy's always traded based on the rumor anyway. Why do you want facts now? EKS
