Did you ever try getting feedback from lanl.gov? they are the rudest people in the entire Universe. No wonder people don't like so many of the things they do. Look at the Shuttle. Amazing cost. And what happens, they lose a satellite. Next mission. Major hydraulic mishap. Leaky something or other. Instead of having a backup hydraulic, they only have the two that they need to land. What if they need a backup. How many flights must they have before they can get it straight?
