From what I know, the new CDMA chip will be extremely successful. It is more tightly integrated than anything available from Qualcomm, Sony, DSPC, or anyone else. And VLSI has design wins from several major CDMA handset manufacturers, but Clark is right, Ericsson is not one of them because they do not support the Qualcomm standard. Jim
