In the past, MMs would try to play games by wiLdly moving the bid/ask price. Now, they must know that NOBODY will sell so it is useless to try to artiFillially lower the bid. Similarly, if they lower the ask, all that will do is get MORE people to buy.
Today, it seems all they want to do is to slowly unwind their short positions!
