My understanding is that one of the investors from the private side of RMCW loaned RMCW some cash until the investor is able to deliver. The investor that lent RMCW the cash was one of 2 investors that refered the $10MM investor to RMCW.
I doubt very much the investor would lend the company more cash if the $10MM investor wasn't able to live up to his contractual obligation and/or the forclosure would go thru on the plant.
I also agree that if the deadline is not met, RMIL must move on. With the float in Name Form, it'll be in the shareholders best interest to commence trading.
