SoftQuad's proposed reverse stock-split, continued.

...company's shares rise when it announces a stock-split...there is an entire industry out there supporting 'stock-split' announcements incl. (NASDAQ:DASY)s SplitXpress real-time pager/cellular alerts...it's real simple...stocks rise upon pending stock-split announcements....and fall upon reverse stock-split announcements...and what should the insiders care as they are in a superior position to merely issue new shares to themselves to compensate themselves for any shareholder value destruction sustained...and they do not have to be as accountable, at this point, as all? of their [largest] institutional shareholders have liquidated their positions and their analysts have also abandoned them...the stock appears to be moving up coincidentally since we became so vocal on this subject...perhaps the [savvy trader? insiders? Volpe? Yorkton? Punk Ziegel?] are up to something...selling into [perceived/not company formally disclosed] good news and liquidating their positions...and how did/does SWEBF get away with a reverse stock-split without a [SEC Rule 10b-5/TSE Timely Disclosure] formally issued public news release?...and, again, what happened to Power Pack, CD Web, HMAPPS, NewKidCo, WebFiler, re: raising [considerable] short-term $/investment/shareholder value in obviating a NASDAQ delisting...ultimately, it all comes down to management...hence, how can you vote them back in?
