Questions we must ask: Will there be a stock conversion? What will be the ratio? Will Netmaster retain its listing on the OTC:BB, or is that done? Will the private placement cause for a different share issue other than the 500 100,000 dollar blocks talked about previously? How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop? Does that owl actually know that he was wrong because he bit into it and robbed that kid of a perfectly good lollipop? How will management be structured in this situation? Can we receive a press release stating that Hayton does not play a role? Can we get letters of recommendation from their clients? Matty Gregg
