I will go back and check the actual dow jones news story. But my point was that the potential for gross margin % increase to outperform revenue increase is real. I base this on the following:

- No price cut > 8/1/96, Except nominal ppro price cut.
- Fab lines running at absolutely maximum production. This increases
gross margin % as you only need to cover fixed costs once.
- Continuing shift of mix to higher margin products.
- Historically production costs drop, (rather dramatically) over time on new, (Ppro), products.

IMHO, barring an unexpected drop in orders later in the qtr, their gross margins and resulting profits for the 4th qtr will be nothing short of obscene, perhaps > 2.00/share.
