I've never looked at the briefs as I am no lawyer and would not know how to evaluate them. I know that if big firms thought this case to be a slam dunk they would be thrilled to take it on a contingency basis. I wonder if a reason there is such a delay in waiting to find out if the case may be heard is that company's counsel may have more immediate concerns like how to pay the rent and is more busy with other cases in doing just that than in moving this case along. I'm long a few shares as a spec but I think I'm going to loose on it because either the company's case is bad or its counsel is bad or both.
