Only thing I've chanced to experience that came remotely close was a trip to the Bronx Zoo, wherein a full-grown tigress I happened to be admiring "turned tail" and gave me quite a shower. Middle of a New York July, and I had to take the train all the way from the Bronx to midtown Manhattan, then a bus to New Jersey. I'll never forget the ease with which I cleared out half an entire subway car. No problem finding a seat. Even my girlfriend gave me quite a wide berth. Took three showers to get the stuff off, my favorite shirt a total loss. Well, I suppose I should consider myself lucky that I didn't happen into a male of the species in such an odiously odoriferous condition, or the results would have been truly hair raising.
