I can't see any reason whatsoever that the 10-K can't be filed without some lawyers letters explaining the Hartman/King litigation. File it without those letters and then file an amendment if needed. Joe V's answer to you is total BS. The numbers must be a big disappointment is all I can think of and they're hoping first quarter numbers will be better. They're definately deliberately stalling.
