I just got off the phone with David Packer - he varified to me that the application, to become a fully reporting company, does include some additional shares being registered. He did not have the break down in front of him but thought that the common shares outstanding, after the registration was complete would be in the low 40 million range (pre registration it is currently 38+million. The float is 14+million and , as mentioned before the total authorized # of shares is 100 million. As I thought the quiet period is necessary due to the stock registration issue. Mr. Packer, due to the quiet period, was unable to answer any of my questions concerning the resent strength in buying. I asked if he knew of any group buying the stock? I asked if he thought it was possible that insiders involved in the trials... could be buying the stock? I asked if he could comment on the timing of the completion of the trails? "That would be a forward looking statement", was his response to all questions. Well I tried! I appreciate his honesty.
