Wouldnt the conversion have something to do with what the NETZ stock is selling for at the date of record.The date of record wouldnt be till after the shareholders meeting .This would give NETZ shares time to grow and thats when the conversion comes in.What do you think? Mr Hayton and his role as an advisor came from the IR firm.If you ask about the money ask if they have to stop at 50,000,000.00.
