Karl, I didn't want to be premature but you've already mentioned it...................I just heard the same possibility from my broker! I wouldn't add to my position based soley on this possibility but it would be a nice lift if it is true! Wasn't it ELY who recently sent out to it's shareholders a memo regarding protection against a takeover, but stated they were unaware of any such action..............huh?? Steve
