The hot news today is the announcement by BOWMAR INSTRUMENT and ELECTRONIC DESIGN (EDIX). They have an agreement to merge subject to stockholder vote. If it goes through, the combined companies will have revenues in excess of $70 million with the possible earnings about $.40 to $.50 or more a share. BOWMAR announced earnings of today of $.07 a share versus $.05 last year. They had a $184,000 tax credit settlement with the IRS. Stay tuned I see some more very positive news coming.
