TRIL ... Ok I called a friend in this industry and this is what I can find out. 1) They are issuing 144 stock to pay for the new wells. 2) Shortage of capital That is all I could find out. Also the issurance of 144 takes out the investors ... No investor buying it will go down. They have the 144 for long term and sell the common to move it else where. Hmmmm Hate it when that happens ... They are shooting themselves in the foot then. They should only issue the 144 to institutional and high profile not just anyone. JMO and I could be wrong so I might wait to see where the floor is. GB PS if they are buying badck shares then why is it falling??? Plus why are they issuing 144 stock??? too many inconsistentcies here. Like a oxymoron or conflict in Terms.
