Last Friday, a Vivus 'Primary Care Consultant' detailed our office for the very first time. Her presentation was very professional and she answered questions about Muse, Viagra and other ED alternatives very honestly and directly. She left each physician with a marketing packet containing a reprint of the Jan. '97 NEJM Muse article, a reprint about Erectile Dysfunction from Patient Care (PCP throw away journal), a Muse Patient Information pamphlet and a laminated Muse Prescribing Information Card. Overall I was impressed by what I saw and heard but felt that this should have been done 6-8 months ago when Viagra was still awaiting submission of its NDA. My perceptions about Vivus and Muse and Viagra on this thread are pretty well known. However, I must say that Vivus appears to be on the right track as far as reaching PCPs (primary care physicians) about Muse. Bradpalm1
