someone asked about BOP. it is sitting in postive yellow close to turning green. it moved up to this level thursday and remains just below the green. volume is, imo, the key now and today's positive volume is a positive sign. ps. bob, having worked in washington back in the 70's, i agree with you. clinton may have some serious character flaws but the r's are a bunch of really mean-spirited partisan ideologues and i would rather they not get their hands on any more power.
