If not Disney -- then TW -- If not TW then GE if not GE then DT
It's the beginning, not the end -- unless you're a trader or shorter.

The assumption that there will be only three or four portals to the worldwide internet has been flawed from the beginning (after it rose from the ashes of the level playing field theory) Personally, I hope SEEK keeps on building its own network one step at a time. If not, they have their ultraseek business, the search engine of choice. Frankly, I think this is a big mistake for Excite. Netscape is not going anywhere. It has survived as a choice vis a vis MFST. It will not be seen that way when it's only another portal choice.

Content and Community will be king -- People will change first pages the way they change channels. Managing searches and multimedia content is the long term name of the game.

I didn't think SEEK would be 30 a month ago -- I still expect it to be 60 by the end of 99. I won't complain if it only doubles once a year.

Which way it goes after a CNBC show has entertainment value only -- like watching the wheel in Vegas. Hope cm's having fun!!
