My understanding that CIT and another company (I do not remember their name) was the contractors for the whole casino, and they have been working on it for more than a year!!. I also heard that there is a big dispute on the contract and both companies are accusing GLC of terminating the contract and steeling their work. I heard rumors that this issue may go to court soon. May be this is why the site is not open yet?! Regards
