Scott,
As for the National NASDAQ Listing and how it's going-your guess is as good as mine. I only know what the representatives of IAIC have said and it is their feeling that it should happen any day now. The trouble with knowing when something like that will actually happen is - it is unknown by anyone until it happens. I know it sounds ludicrous for me to put it that way, but getting listed is not a thing that is set in stone as far as timing. The powers that be take different amounts of time on every request as far as I know. Now that I have given you such a clear answer and target date -grin-, let's all hope that the listing does come this week. I really don't think it will be much longer since there was such DD done when IAIC applied for the NASDAQ Small Cap Listing.
I found you were right about some brokers letting you buy IAIC on margin. It is a matter of choice of the individual brokerage. I was under the impression that what your broker was doing was sliding over margin charges to other, marginable, stocks as you purchased IAIC. In speaking with some brokerages I found that was not the case. I know you said you were sorry that you had indeed been able to buy IAIC on margin, but I think it is a matter of time and all will be right with IAIC. As Elliot said, it is automated tool time, and IAIC has as good an automated tool as anyone. IMHO no matter who is correct about the size of the "real" problem in y2k, IAIC is seriously undervalued at this price and will come back and make your investment payoff.
