If there IS a deal with Ingram Micro forthcoming, it sounds like it could be better even than a deal with one of the big name PC makers. I don't know a whole lot about them but I've been giving myself a crash course and this article (http://www.news.com/News/Item/0,4,19892,00.html) makes me think that IM has a lot of leverage and -- importantly -- a lot of motivation to put the WaveMeter on computers. I'm curious about how a deal would work -- would IM have to have a separate deal with the OEMs in order put the chip on board? And if IM were putting up the money for it (and grabbing their share of the revenue) would the OEMs mind one way or another. This seems like it might be a nice way to ease the chip onto computers without the big names having to take such a big public risk. Questions, questions, questions.

For what it's worth, there's an IM thread on SI: Subject 11162
