My mistake Sam,meant NCI,and that they came out in the press release
with I feel extraordinarily hopeful statements--I can't remember there ever being such upbeat view from them before--all the information was already available,but qoutes from the parties close to this had not
been available to the public,it was their own excitement that poured
over into the market place--that's my opinion only.max90
