Steve: Unfortunately my experience has been that if you Position Trade you MUST diversify. I have always been gripped with the idea of trading concentrated positons and the mental challenge it provides. I have Position Traded concentrated positions before and have had great success, but ultimately the risks of holding concentrated positions overnight/over days or weeks proved detrimental. I am now Day Trading concentrated postions based on the theory that by avoiding overnight activity one can achieve greater risk management and potentially higher returns. Hopefully I will live to tell the tale. Cheers!
