john I was looking at Bloomberg's MSN and Yahoo and Edgar but I could not get any new filings my mdix or news...wher do the 9 Mln come from...the lawsuit....they were suing for 396 Mln...9 mln would seem a little drop in the ocean.....396 Mln btw is the profit over 5 years expected from mdix's sale of their software... will try your quote com now
