Byron Glenn A very young member of my related family works in a brokerage house and had this comment: "Certificating"shares where the float is small and the company fairly unknown tends to stall the upward movement of the price and slows the action. Is this true? And, is it good or bad? Also, if my shares are in my IRA is it true that they don't issue certificates or put shares in safe keeping? My broker was out today and his young assistant couldn't answer. GM A Happy grandmother in the Mountains of PA who is just a tiny bit concerned...... but very Lucky to own DGIV from Mar 24.
